Shipping Policy


Once packages are handed to USPS, we are not responsible for their transit or delivery. If a package is lost in transit and Route Shipping Insurance was purchased, you may file a claim on the Route website. If insurance was not purchased, we cannot replace or re-issue a new order. Orders marked as “delivered” do not fall under the coverage of Route. Please make sure your delivery address is in a secure location, as we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as “delivered”. Please contact USPS regarding lost or delayed parcels, as we have no control over orders once they leave our office.


Once orders have been placed, we work quickly to ensure all orders are processed and packed and may miss any correspondence about order cancellations. That said, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.


Please contact us immediately once you notice any errors in your address within 3 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
